How to accurately measure:
Bust: Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across shoulder blades.
Natural Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Drop Waist: Measure 1.5 inches below your natural waistline.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
US STANDARD SHIPPING
We charge a $6.95 flat rate for all US orders. Orders over $75 ship for FREE! All packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, and may take an additional 1-5 days depending on the shipping service and location.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any parcels lost or delayed in transit. If your tracking information shows a delay, please contact the shipping service directly. We recommend purchasing the Route Insurance at checkout to prevent such losses.
Items marked as “online exclusive” is shipped directly from our partnered vendor. Please note: we cannot control their fulfillment center, so shipment times may vary an additional 3-10 days before you see a shipment notification. We cannot offer overnight/expedited shipping for Online Exclusives for this reason. Once you receive a shipment notification, it is up to our vendor to ship your package. Times may vary, so please be sure to allow up to 2 weeks. We understand this can be an inconvenience, so please be sure to order far enough in advance to allow for such a delay.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We often list items for in our shop that are marked as a "pre-order" item. This gives customers the opportunity to purchase items that are not yet available to ship. Expected ship dates will be included in the product listing. Please note: when placing an order for multiple items, and one item is a pre-order, we will firstly send a package of in-stock items, then send the pre-order item(s) once it arrives in our warehouse. There will not be an additional shipping charge for this service. You can contact us if you would like to request the entire purchase ships together once the pre-order is available.

What items are returnable?
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Unwashed and Unworn
• Items returned up to 7 days of delivery date will be eligible for a full refund
• Items returned 8 to 29 days of delivery date will be eligible for exchange or store credit
• Return requests beyond 30 days of delivery date will not be eligible for return/refund/exchange. No exceptions other than holiday schedule returns (below).
What items are non-returnable?
• Free gifts, promotional offers of 25% off or more, jewelry, sunglasses, sale or clearance items, intimates, swimwear, or giveaways
• Items that have obvious signs of use
• Items that exceed the 29-day post delivery date
Holiday schedule returns:
• Items purchased during the 4th quarter of the year will have a 45-day return period. Must comply with our acceptable returns mentioned above, no exceptions.
Are there any charges for returns?
• You are responsible for return shipping charges.

How do I return?
• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
• Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return

• Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and tracking confirmation. Misa Jane is not responsible for lost packages without tracking. If your package is not received and cannot be tracked, a refund will not be issued.
How soon will I get my credit?
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/store credit.
• If you are approved, then a refund will be issued to the form of payment made on your initial purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days depending on your bank. If you are issued a store credit, the credited amount will be sent via email in a coupon format for future purchases (good for one year before expiration).
• If your request is rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
